At A-LIST, we had the pleasure of working with Pepe Calderin Design to be the Contractor for the installation of this beautiful design at Harbour House condominium.

PROJECT SCOPE

  • Completed reconstruction of the reception desk

  • Installation of new lighting throughout

  • Fabrication and installation of millwork and metal artwork

  • Installation of wallpaper

  • Primed and painted walls

  • Removal and replacement of existing tile in elevator foyers of residential hallways

  • Removal and replacement of carpet

  • Removal and replacement of existing sconces

  • Removal and replacement of existing ceiling tiles and grids
