ROJECT GOALS

When we take on an interior renovation in a condominium, we understand that we are working in a living, breathing building and take that into extreme consideration as we progress through the project.

The project was completed in phases, closing off one area at a time while keeping the others accessible to minimize disruption. Throughout the renovation, we maintained consistent and proactive communication with property management to coordinate our schedule and ensure residents and staff were informed every step of the way. Not only does it keep the residents and staff up to date with the progress of the project, but it also supports our safety initiative by clearly identifying which areas were temporarily off-limits during each phase.

PROJECT SCOPE

• The project scope included the renovation of the lower lobby, porte cochere, main lobby, and mezzanine level’s respective rooms.
