At A-LIST, we believe in a harmonious combination of elegance and functionality.  Impressed by our work and professionalism after completing the exterior painting, waterproofing, and restoration of the full exterior envelope, 360B Condominium welcomed us back to complete the interior renovation of their main lobby and resident corridors.

Our goal was to completely modernize the space from floor to ceiling, creating a fresh, updated look. This transformation included a new color palette to enhance the overall aesthetic, upgraded lighting fixtures to improve both ambiance and functionality, and carefully selected furniture to elevate comfort and style. Thoughtfully chosen accessories added the finishing touches, tying the entire design together. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure a cohesive, contemporary feel that enhances the space for residents and visitors alike.

PROJECT SCOPE

  • Removed and replaced all flooring, ceilings, and lighting

  • Installation of porcelain wall accents and flooring

  • Electrostatic painting of the mailboxes for a modern look

  • Installation of quartz countertops for mail room

  • Installation of new porcelain front desk

  • Removal and replacement of lobby and resident door signage

  • Provision and installation of carpet in resident corridors
